We accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be considered for a refund all items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging. Please visit our returns policy page for more information. Because we use only the highest-quality wool and materials in our products, we offer a focused return window of 14 days. This ensures our craftsmanship stays in perfect condition for every customer.
US Orders:
Customers who received free shipping on their order:
- Customer Pays For Return shipping- Deducted from refund
- All orders that received free shipping will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be taken from the total amount refunded.
Customers who paid for shipping on their order:

The skirt fits great! I am 5'4" 160# and bought a large. I bought a skirt at a store in Idaho. I am from Oregon and wanted another and ordered this one. Great quality and looks amazing!
I had to replace a prior Everest design fleece lined hat and am so grateful for the wonderful designs. I picked up this one and one other and both are awesome. Plenty warm, stylish, love it.
This style is great for a bald head because it is a bit large and stays in place instead of creating up like most other do.
Judging by the craftsmanship and material used to construct, it is obvious the hat is of high quality. Two were ordered, but the second hat was way too large. Contact with Everest quickly resolved the issue. You combine innovation, quality and Professionalism, you then get Everest.
I keep buying this hat either as a gift, to replace the one I bought and gave away, or to maybe for once have one to wear! 😆😆😆😆

I bought this for an upcoming trip to Iceland. Haven't put it through all the tests of a harsh winter but it fits great, looks great, and the quality is outstanding. I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars.
I was devastated when I lost my winter hat on a trip. I had it for so many years I don't even know where it came from, but I remembered it was Everest and so thankful they are still making the same high quality lined hats. I bought three different hats and they are all my favorite!
LOVE this skirt so much and just had to have it, I usually wear a size Medium in this brand, but they didn't have my size and they weren't planning on restocking, so I gave it the old "I'll order a small and loose weight" routine 😀 lol, but to my Suprise it ran big and fits like a Medium. BUY THE SKIRT, it's beautiful 😍
I have the mittens, beanie and skirt. Although I don’t wear the skirt I love them all. I lost one of the mittens and I was devastated. I didn’t think I could find them anymore. Thank goodness I found you!!
