To Start a Return:Account Sign-in
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 14 days if you would like to make a return. Returns are not guaranteed and must meet these conditions.We accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be considered for a refund all items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging. Returned items must be unwashed and unworn and free from any pet hair, odor or other debris. Returned items that are received in any condition other than brand new will be refused and returned at the buyers expense. |

Wool when properly cared for can last for years. We do not return or exchange items under any warranty due to mishandling of wool that caused shrinking. Please see our Wool Care guide for washing your wool wear.

Cost of Returns
If customers request returns in their account page. There is a flat 5.00 return fee to help cover shipping. If you need further assistance on returns please see instructions below. Cost of Returns
Customers who received free shipping: (Customer Pays For Return shipping label- Deducted from refund)
All orders that received free shipping will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be taken from the total amount refunded. All returns need to be started online by contacting us by email sales@everest-designs.com or using this form Click Here
We will provide you with a shipping label to the email address provided on the order. This label will be emailed to customer and the shipping cost will be taken out of the total refund on the order.
Customers who paid for shipping on order: ($5.00 Flat Fee on returns)Customers that paid for shipping on their order will be charged a flat $5.00 handling fee. We understand shipping gets expensive so Everest will cover the return shipping label cost. Customer are responsible for $5.00 handling charge. This will be deducted from the refund issued.
Damaged or flawed items/ Mistakes fulfilling your order.
If the clothing you received is defective (not due to mail carrier damaging package) or otherwise deemed a mistake (IE: received wrong item) Please notify us immediately upon receiving product. When product mistakes or defects are found we will pay for return shipping costs and discuss exchange or return options. In the event items are damaged in the mail you will need to file a claim with that carrier.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, after the handling fee or shipping cost is deducted from total refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@everest-designs.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time we are unable to facilitate product exchanges, all exchanges will be treated as a return. To make an exchange request a return and place a new order for the item you wish to have. Cost of "exchange" is the same cost as a return. You can find these costs listed above.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged before leaving our warehouse. You must notify Everest Designs within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping cost will be covered by Everest Designs on all defective or damaged product. We will exchange the item with the same product if in stock. All exchanges need to be approved and request made within 7 Days of receiving defective or damaged items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Please contact us before beginning your return process. All returns need to be processed through our website to create a return shipping label. ( This allows us to seamlessly track return packages and know who the return belongs to.)
