Return Information & Cost:

We accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be considered for a refund all items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging. Please visit our returns policy page for more information. Because we use only the highest-quality wool and materials in our products, we offer a focused return window of 14 days. This ensures our craftsmanship stays in perfect condition for every customer.
US Orders:
Customers who received free shipping on their order:
- Customer Pays For Return shipping- Deducted from refund
- All orders that received free shipping will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be taken from the total amount refunded.
Customers who paid for shipping on their order:

Customers that paid for shipping on their order will be charged a flat $5.00 handling fee for a return.
Customers located outside the United States:
Will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with foreign shipping labels. We cannot guarantee shipping timelines outside the United States due to various factors, including customs. Once a package is shipped outside the United States, it is beyond our control to intercept or refund it.
