Warm for cold upper Midwest winter

I bought this hat for my adult son, but it was too small for his head. It did fit my husband's his dad's head just fine, and he has appreciated wearing it on cold windy days in Minnesota. Hat is well made and is not scratchy. There is a soft fleece lining around the headband that covers the ears, forehead and back of head.
