Because we use only the highest-quality wool and materials in our products, we offer a focused return window of 14 days. This ensures our craftsmanship stays in perfect condition for every customer.
Customers who received free shipping on their order:
- Customer Pays For Return shipping- Deducted from refund
- All orders that received free shipping will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be taken from the total amount refunded.
